St Albans High School for Girls HR ASSISTANT Permanent / Full time Salary £23,000 p.a. - £25,000 p.a. (dependent on experience) Required ASAP We are seeking to appoint a customer focused individual to join our existing team of HR professionals, delivering a high quality HR service to the wider school community. This is a varied and fast-paced role which focuses on the entire employee lifecycle, providing support for recruitment and maintaining accurate staff records in relation to absence, induction, probation and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a can do attitude, providing exceptional, detail oriented administrative support. An excellent communicator, able to confidently work with a wide variety of people and comprehend complex situations quickly whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times. A flexible, pro-active approach is required in order to prioritise work according to competing deadlines. Previous experience of working in a HR environment is required, ideally qualified in CIPD Level 3 Certificate in HR Practice or willing to study for this. The working hours will be Monday - Friday 7.30am - 3.30pm with a 30 minute lunch.
